Providing seamless and quality customer service to NOYA guests. Responsible for bookings, coordinating with management, and greeting customers. Responsible for resolving any customer-related inquiries. A friendly and welcoming personality is essential, as well as a passion for hospitality, have good knowledge of using Sevenrooms and OpenTable bookings platforms. Front of House Receptionist. NOYA LONDON is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience. We are seeking a motivated and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations using the Sevenrooms booking platform.
  • Utilize Knight Key, Groupon, and Fork Hospitality for seamless operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain a welcoming and presentable front of house environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Sevenrooms, Knight Key, Groupon, Fork Hospitality, and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Strong leadership, ownership, and communication skills.
