Qualifications

• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Proven standards of customer service experience within a hospitality environment.
• Previous Front Office Supervisory experience (advantageous).
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Ensures the team offers a warm welcome, accurate information, and ensures guest comfort.
• Offers recommendations, arranges transportation and excursions, anticipating guest needs.
• Performs check-ins and check-outs following company procedures.
• Maintains effective communication and supports the night team.
• Ensures completion of set shift tasks and maintains handover system.
• Manages guest accounts and processes payments, adhering to company policies.

Skills
