Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, a division of the Aimbridge Hospitality brand, is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to join our front desk team in the UK. You will deliver exceptional service, manage check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and assist with reservations while upholding our brand standards.

You will work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent organisational skills for reservations, check-in/out
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and guest data
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet) and familiarity with hotel systems

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out
• Handle inquiries and complaints while maintaining a high service level
• Process reservations and provide information on local attractions
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and workflow
• Support colleagues across hotel operations to ensure a first-class guest experience
