Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow is looking for a Reception Supervisor to lead the reception team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate receptionists, manage check-in/out, and provide information about hotel facilities and local services.

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential, with a professional appearance and a proactive attitude. Experience in a similar hotel role and familiarity with Opera PMS are advantageous.

• Hotel reception experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise receptionists on duty.
• Ensure reception is always manned and guests are welcomed.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Provide guests with information on facilities, services and local area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Answer calls, allocate rooms and prepare guest bills.
