Sofitel Heathrow is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor to lead the guest services team and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. You will welcome VIPs and act as the main contact throughout their stay, addressing inquiries with a professional and friendly approach.

Excellent English communication, a smart appearance, and strong supervisory skills are essential. Hospitality experience and Opera PMS knowledge are advantageous in this 5-star hotel environment.
