Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Assistant in Manchester to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk. You will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and handle inquiries and bookings to ensure a smooth stay.

You will support colleagues across departments, maintain a welcoming lobby, and benefit from industry-leading training, staff discounts, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential to ensure effective communication and provide excellent customer service.
• Good organisational skills will help you manage guest reservations, check-ins/outs and ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure all guest information is accurate and bookings are processed efficiently.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet; experience with hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio is an added advantage.
