Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Reception Supervisor in Manchester to lead the reception team and ensure guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay.

You will manage the front desk, handle guest enquiries and complaints, oversee reservations, and ensure that rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. Training staff and upholding brand standards are also key aspects.

• Oversee the Reception Team and ensure guests receive excellent service.

• Assist the head of department in training staff and enforcing policies.
