The Manchester Deansgate Hotel, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out using Opera. You will deliver exceptional service in a busy luxury setting and act as the first point of contact for everyone staying with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel reception role.
• Experience with Opera or similar reception system is a plus.
• Excellent communication and personable guest interaction.

Responsabilités

• Check in guests on arrival and check out on departure with a welcoming service.
• Handle ad-hoc guest requests and resolve issues to ensure a memorable stay.
• Provide information about the hotel and local area with professional, friendly communication.
• Recognise IHG One Rewards members and assist new joiners to sign up.
