Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Office team member to join our Birmingham operation. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out experience and representing our brand standards.

You will support colleagues across the hotel to deliver a first-class guest experience. You will promote hotel services, handle reservations, and ensure compliance with security, safety, and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for guest service.
• Strong organisational skills to manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and smooth operations.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of guest information and bookings.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (Opera or Fidelio) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last point of contact for guests at the front desk.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and capture guest feedback for service improvements.
• Promote hotel services and facilities to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health & safety laws.
