Role Purpose:

As a Customer Service & Claims Representative, you will play a vital role in the customer journey, especially during claim processes.

You will ensure claims are processed efficiently and in compliance with FCA guidelines for Treating Customers Fairly, including assessing losses, communicating with customers, and understanding products and policies. The role involves handling customer enquiries and complaints in both French and English, and supporting team tasks in a collaborative environment.

Main Duties:

Your responsibilities include managing claims from assessment to resolution, communicating effectively with customers, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our offerings to deliver exceptional service.

Experience in insurance or finance is a plus but not essential. We value your passion for customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Knowledge Required:

  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
  • Experience in customer service or claims handling
  • Understanding of French cultural and working practices
