The Role you’ll be doing:

• Conduct professional calls on behalf of clients to communicate complex information about new technologies, raise product awareness, and assess prospective customer needs
• Generate high-quality leads through calls
• Acquire knowledge of product features and applications through training and utilize this information effectively
• Understand and respond to the needs of prospective customers
• Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions
• Research contacts and consider their requirements before communication
• Support colleagues and work as part of a team

About You:

• Native/Fluent in Brazilian/Portuguese is essential
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Positive attitude and results-driven

• Well-organized, conscientious, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new processes
• Experience in a call centre or target-driven environment (lead generation, telesales, B2B, customer service, etc.)
