About the Company

Travel to the office every 3-4 months for training or meetings may be required.

The Role

• Handle inbound calls from consumers and distributors
• Address inquiries via telephone and email in Swedish and English
• Provide quality advice and information
• Resolve queries and update customers
• Process calls accurately and efficiently
• Assist colleagues during downtime
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and deliver excellent customer service
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
