What’s In It For You

  • Salary: £27,430 base salary
  • Bonus: Up to £3,000 annually in performance bonuses, paid quarterly
  • Location: Bristol city center, a 5-minute walk from Temple Meads Station
  • Work Model: Mostly in-office (4+ days/week), with 2 days remote flexibility after passing 6 months
  • Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday, rotating shifts between 8am-6pm, scheduled 12 weeks in advance
  • Equipment: Provided on your first day (laptop, headset, etc.)
  • Start Date: Induction begins June 9th

In this role, you will handle inbound calls, respond to emails, manage live chats, and proactively reach out to ensure customer satisfaction. You will troubleshoot issues, upsell products, and provide excellent service across all channels, always aiming for the first-time right resolution.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or contact-center support is a plus, but customer obsession and adaptability are key
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Confidence to suggest improvements and innovate
