Join our Mobile Technical Team in Merthyr Tydfil, where you'll be speaking with customers about various mobile tech-related queries. You might assist with simple device questions or more complex issues to help keep them connected with loved ones. Each day brings new challenges.

You don’t need specific experience to join us. As long as you’re naturally helpful, calm, and able to build relationships, we can train you on the rest.
