Thisisahands-onwarehouseleadershippositionresponsibleforday-to-daywarehouseadministration,operationalperformance,complianceandteammanagement.TheroleincludesresponsibilityforCustomsETSFoperations,containerhandling,Health&Safety,andcontinuousimprovementacrosstwowarehousesites.

KeyResponsibilities

WarehouseOperations

• Lead,superviseandcoordinatedailywarehouseactivities(inbound / outbound)
• Managedevanning,palletising,storage,stockmovement,andorderfulfilment
• OverseeETSFcustoms-controlledoperations,ensuringcorrectprocessflowanddocumentation
• Maintainefficientworkflowswhilemanagingpeakvolumesandtightdeadlines

TeamLeadership&Management

• Managewarehouseoperatives(teamof15),includingrotas,taskassignment,trainingandperformancereviews
• Supportrecruitmentandonboardingofnewwarehousestaff
• Maintainahigh-performanceculturealignedwithcompanyvalues

Compliance&H&S

• EnsurefullcompliancewithHMRCETSFregulationsandoffloadingpermissions
• ConductHealth&Safetyriskassessments,toolboxtalks,incidentinvestigations
• MaintainwarehouseinlinewithH&S,firesafety,securityandequipmentinspectionstandards

Administration&Reporting

• Overseedailywarehouseadmin,includingWMSupdates,inbound / outboundlogs,stockreporting

Liaisewithcustomsteam,transportteam,andexternalauthorities

MonitorKPIs : productivity,accuracy,turnaroundtime,spaceutilisation,labourplanning

FelixstoweExpansionDuties

• Assistinestablishingworkflow,processes,staffing,andequipmentsetupfortheFelixstowesite
