The ideal candidate will develop strong customer relationships and drive new business opportunities. You’re a motivated and dynamic sales professional who remembers the importance of building strong customer relationships and delivering proactive, reliable service. With a solid background in sales and customer support, you’re confident managing an existing portfolio while actively seeking out new business opportunities. You have a natural ability to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and consistently achieve positive results.
Although direct experience in ferry services isn’t essential, a good understanding of the logistics, transport, or freight forwarding sectors will be a real advantage.
Your approachable communication style and collaborative mindset make you a great fit for team environments, yet you’re equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys building connections, thrives on meeting targets, and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
