Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential or mixed-use development.

• Lead commercial management across live projects from feasibility to final account.
• Prepare and manage cost plans and budgets for projects.
• Oversee valuations and provide commercial reporting to senior leadership.
