Key Responsibilities:
  • Sectors: Banking, Corporate, Private, Investment, Wholesale, Challenger Banks, Wealth/Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Fin Techs, or other Financial Services, IT, or Accountancy fields.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and identify top talent for permanent, interim, temporary, and contract positions.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to ensure candidates meet qualifications and fit client culture.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients on recruitment strategies.
  • Contract Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including negotiating contract terms and onboarding candidates.
  • Database Maintenance: Keep accurate records within our recruitment database for effective candidate tracking and reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure candidate records and GDPR consents are maintained properly.
