Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Fraud Specialist for the Lloyds Banking Group campaign in Glasgow. This on-site role offers 40 hours per week with an initial 2-week training period in Glasgow, Cuprum Building. You will handle inbound calls, raise fraud cases, and educate customers on protecting themselves against scams.

Fluency in English and at least 1 year of customer services experience are required. After probation, on-site work may be followed by optional on-site or home-working arrangements

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer services experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in English essential
• Experience in banking/financial services highly desired
• Previous call centre/customer service experience is essential

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm to assist customers at first contact
• Raise scam and fraud cases for online and telephone banking across Lloyds Banking Group
• Investigate pending payments to approve when no fraudulent activity is found
• Support customers with transfers, direct debits and digital banking
• Explain banking processes clearly and help customers stay secure
