Job summary

Teleperformance is recruiting for a Fraud Specialist (Lloyds Banking Group) based in Glasgow. You will handle inbound customer calls, raise fraud cases, and guide customers to secure their accounts within Lloyds Banking Group’s fraud framework.

Training occurs in Glasgow, with on-site work for the first 3 months, then potential hybrid work options. We require a professional telephone manner, excellent English, and a year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer services experience.
• Fluency in English essential.
• Previous banking/financial services experience is highly desired.
• Previous call centre/customer service experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and a desire to help customers at first contact.
• Raise scam and fraud cases for Lloyds Banking Group online and via phone.
• Handle objections while reassuring customers and keeping accounts secure.
• Investigate pending payments to approve when no fraud risk exists.
• Assist customers with transfers, direct debits and digital banking queries.
