Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Fraud Specialist for the Lloyds Banking Group account in Glasgow. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, raising fraud cases, and assisting customers with online and telephony banking. Training takes place in Glasgow, with initial on-site work for three months.

There is potential to move to on-site or home-working after probation, depending on performance. Must have at least 1 year in customer service and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer services experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in English essential.
• Experience in banking/financial services highly desired; call centre customer service essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and help customers at first contact.
• Raise scam and fraud cases across Lloyds Banking Group portfolio.
• Investigate pending payments and approve where no fraudulent activity is detected.
• Support customers with transfers, direct debits, and digital banking queries.
