Job summary

Teleperformance is recruiting a Fraud Specialist for the Lloyds Banking Group campaign in Glasgow. The role is full-time and office-based with 40 hours per week, starting November 2026.

You will handle inbound calls, raise fraud cases, and guide customers through secure banking processes while supporting vulnerable customers. Initial training is in Glasgow, with an on-site start for the first 3 months, then potential for on-site or home working based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer services.
• Excellent verbal communication and English fluency.
• Experience handling fraud or security concerns is preferred.
• Comfortable with a target-driven environment and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and assist customers at first contact.
• Raise scam and fraud cases for online and banking services.
• Explain banking processes clearly and securely.
• Investigate pending payments for fraud risk.
• Help customers with transfers, direct debits, and digital banking.
