Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an enthusiastic Fraud Specialist for the Lloyds Banking Group campaign in Glasgow. The role is office-based with a clear training path, starting in Glasgow, Cuprum Building, then potential on-site or at-home work depending on performance.

You will handle inbound calls, flag fraud, and guide customers through secure banking processes. The position requires a minimum of 1 year in customer service, fluent English, and strong numeracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer services experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in English essential
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident in following banking processes and explaining them to customers
• Experience with vulnerable customers is desirable
• Previous banking/financial services experience is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm to help customers at first contact
• Raise scam and fraud cases for Lloyds Banking Group across online and telephony banking
• Handle objections while assuring customers and keeping accounts secure
• Investigate pending payments to approve where no fraud concerns exist
• Assist customers with transfers, direct debits and digital banking support
• Educate customers on how to protect themselves against fraud
• Record customer complaints in line with policy and resolve at first touch when possible
