Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Fraud Specialist for the Lloyds Banking Group campaign. You will work on-site initially, handling inbound calls and fraud investigations. Training lasts two weeks in Glasgow with flexible progression to on-site or home working after probation.

The role requires a year of customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to educate customers on preventing fraud. Hours are 40 per week; start November 2026.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum customer service experience.
• Fluent English, excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain banking processes clearly to customers.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls with a helpful, professional manner.
• Raise scam and fraud cases for Lloyds Banking Group portfolio.
• Assist customers with transfers, direct debits and digital banking support.
• Investigate pending payments and determine fraud risk.
