Job summary

Teleperformance is hiring a Fraud Specialist for the Lloyds Banking Group campaign in Glasgow. This on-site full-time role involves handling inbound customer calls, identifying fraud, and guiding customers through banking processes while ensuring security.

You will join a dedicated Fraud Team with a training period and potential to move to on-site or home-working after probation. English fluency and customer service experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer services experience.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Professional, polite telephone manner.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week including training.
• Flexibility for shifts between 07:00–23:00, Mon–Sun.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm to assist customers at first contact.
• Raise and document scam and fraud cases for Lloyds Banking Group portfolio.
• Explain banking processes clearly to customers and reassure them.
• Investigate pending payments and assess potential fraud risk for approval.
• Support customers with transfers, direct debits, and digital banking queries.
