Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is recruiting a Fraud Specialist for the Lloyds Banking Group campaign. You will handle inbound customer enquiries, raise fraud cases, and help protect customers' accounts from scams.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Initial training is two weeks in Glasgow, followed by option to continue on-site or move to a home-working arrangement depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in banking/ financial services is highly desired.
• Previous call centre/customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to explain complex banking processes clearly and calmly.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with a professional and courteous manner.
• Raise scam and fraud cases for online and telephony banking within Lloyds Banking Group.
• Investigate pending payments to identify potential fraud or scams.
• Assist customers with transfers, direct debits, and digital banking support.
• Educate customers on how to protect themselves against fraud and scams.
• Maintain high accuracy and responsiveness while handling multiple queries.
