Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Fraud Specialist to support the Lloyds Banking Group campaign. The role is office-based with full-time hours, including training, and starts in November 2026.

You will handle inbound customer service on fraud cases, helping customers secure accounts and navigate transfers and digital banking. Initial on-site probation will be 3 months in Glasgow, with a shift pattern of 40 hours weekly and flexible hours after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer services experience.
• Excellent verbal communication with fluent English.
• Experience in banking or financial services is highly desired.
• Previous call centre experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with a professional and courteous manner.
• Raise scam and fraud cases for Lloyds Banking Group portfolios.
• Assist customers with online and telephony banking while ensuring account security.
• Provide support on transfers, direct debits, and digital banking.
• Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving to resolve queries at first contact.
