Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking an inbound Fraud Specialist to join the Lloyds Banking Group team. The role is office-based with 40 hours per week and on-site training in Glasgow.

You will handle fraud-related inquiries, educate customers on security, and contribute to a secure banking experience. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service, strong English, and a proactive, empathetic approach to complex issues.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year customer services experience.
• Excellent fluency in English.
• Ability to deliver polite, professional service over the phone.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and help at first contact.
• Raise scam and fraud cases for online and telephony banking across Lloyds Banking Group.
• Investigate pending payments and approve where no fraud is found.
• Support customers with transfers, direct debits, and digital banking queries.
