Teleperformance is recruiting for a Fraud Specialist to support the Lloyds Banking Group portfolio. The role is based on-site in Glasgow with 40 hours per week, including training, and requires flexible shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 across seven days.

On completion of probation, there is an option to move to on-site or at-home working depending on performance. You will handle inbound customer interactions, escalate fraud cases, and guide customers through banking processes while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer services experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; fluent English essential.
• Experience in banking/financial services is highly desired.
• Previous call centre/customer service experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and assist customers at first contact.
• Raise scam and fraud cases for Lloyds Banking Group portfolio.
• Explain banking processes clearly to customers and troubleshoot issues.
• Investigate pending payments to approve when no fraud detected.
