Clients include NFL, Premier League, Wimbledon, World Rugby, EA SPORTS and UEFA.

We're hiring an FP&A Director to join our dynamic growing global finance function.

The FP&A Director is responsible for delivering Two Circles’ financial planning, forecasting, and performance insight, equipping the leadership team and investors with the analysis needed for high-quality financial decision-making.

Leading a team of 16 finance professionals, the role ensures that financial insight underpins long-term value creation, operational performance, and strategic direction.

As the leader of the FP&A function, this person will develop a scalable, insight-driven capability that can support a growing and increasingly complex organisation, strengthening our ability to plan, measure, and manage performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead the group’s business planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, ensuring robust, efficient, and continuously improving processes and provide high-quality insight to senior leadership on the financial implications of business plans, strategic initiatives, and market dynamics.
  2. Management Reporting & Analytics: Deliver timely, accurate and relevant financial and operational reporting for senior stakeholders.
  3. Financial Systems, Processes & Information: Own financial management information and ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across the group.
  4. Cash & Capital: Lead cash forecasting and working capital management, ensuring clarity, rigour, and proactive management across the business.
  5. Finance Leadership: Support the development and execution of the Finance function’s strategy, operating model, and roadmap for improvement.
  6. People & Team Leadership: Build and lead a high‑performing FP&A team covering planning, reporting, analytics, cash, and systems.
Essential
  • Qualified accountant with substantial post qualification experience (min 10+ years) in finance leadership roles
  • In‑depth experience of FP&A, developing financial strategies, cash flow & capital management
  • Track record in providing insight & guidance to senior stakeholders & boards, with real ability to influence
  • Thorough understanding of financial management & business processes
  • Excellent analytical & technical skills
  • Flexibility required to succeed in an entrepreneurial/high growth company
  • Ability to work collegiately – supporting and challenging a driven, high-energy management team
