A rapidly scaling HealthTech start-up in the United Kingdom seeks an exceptional outbound salesperson to lead the sales process for outpatient clinics in the US. This role offers autonomy and ownership over revenue generation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in health tech start-ups, confidence in selling AI solutions, and the ability to drive the sales process independently. The company is aiming for significant growth and seeks someone to help achieve a $5M ARR target within the next few years.
I’m working with a rapidly scaling HealthTech start-up building AI-powered workflow software for the US healthcare system. They have bold ambitions to scale to $5M ARR in the next 2-3 years and are looking for a stellar outbound salesperson to close $1M-$2M of new business in the next 12 months.
You will own the end-to-end sales process for selling into outpatient clinics across the US, building the commercial engine from scratch: generating pipeline, establishing repeatable sales motions, trialling messaging, and closing deals for a well-defined, high-value product. This is a hands-on sales role with high autonomy and meaningful ownership over revenue.
