Reporting directly to the Operations Manager , you will lead a team of skilled and passionate Supervising Social Workers , ensuring they deliver exceptional supervision, support, and training to foster parents and their families. Your leadership will help foster parents provide trauma-informed care that transforms the lives of children and young people.

In this pivotal role, you will :
