Join a dynamic logistics and distribution team in Chard. A well-established family‑run transport and warehousing company. As a Forklift Driver, you’ll play a key role in the safe and efficient handling of goods within the warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklift trucks to move, load and unload pallets
• Receive deliveries and store goods accurately
• Inspect pallets for damage or missing items
• Pack and wrap goods for dispatch
• Maintain accurate stock records and complete delivery paperwork
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean and organised
• Assist with manual handling tasks as needed

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence (refresher training available)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or pallet network environment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
