After completing 12 successful weeks as a temporary worker, you’ll be offered a permanent position – giving you job security and a chance to grow within the business.

The role involves a variety of different tasks carried out in accordance with specific requirements to meet Food Safety Standards.

Production Operative Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and labelling food products with accuracy and care
• Manual lifting and handling of goods and materials
• Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Working efficiently on a fast‑paced production line
• Shifts: Days (6am‑6pm) or Nights (6pm‑6am) working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
