Food Production Operatives

Location: Bridlington

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £13.00 to £14.00 per hour (increasing after 12 weeks)

Stafforce North Yorkshire Hub is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected food manufacturing company in Bridlington. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the food production industry.

After completing 12 successful weeks as a temporary worker, you'll be offered a permanent position - giving you job security and a chance to grow within the business.

The role involves a variety of different tasks carried out in accordance with specific requirements to meet Food Safety Standards.

Production Operative Key Responsibilities
  • Packing and labelling food products with accuracy and care
  • Manual lifting and handling of goods and materials
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met
  • Working efficiently on a fast-paced production line
  • Shifts: Days (6am-6pm) or Nights (6pm-6am) working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
