We're looking for a passionate and energetic individual to take the lead in our Undercroft Cafe. Hidden within the lower level of the castle, the Undercroft Cafe offers a range of delicious hot and cold snacks. If you have a flair for food, drinks, and creating memorable moments, this is your opportunity to be part of something truly magical.

Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our hospitality operations, overseeing a vibrant team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guests enjoy a warm welcome and great food in a historic setting.
