Qualifications

Program Overview

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager in Training to join the Food & Beverage team in 2026. Start dates for the programme will be between April and June 2026. This is an 18‑month rotational graduate programme designed to develop future leaders in Food & Beverage. You will gain hands‑on experience across our key F&B operations, including Pavillon, Bar Antoine, Banqueting, In‑Room Dining, and Back of House, preparing you for a supervisory or assistant management position at the end of the programme. During the 18‑month rotational programme, we provide all the necessary tools to accelerate your career and succeed as a future leader:

What you will do

• Rotate through multiple F&B departments to gain comprehensive operational knowledge.
• Support daily operations in restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in‑room dining.
• Assist in managing service standards and guest experience.
• Learn and apply Four Seasons policies, procedures, and service philosophy.
• Collaborate with department leaders on projects and initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions and leadership development activities.
• Contribute ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you bring

• Upcoming or recent graduate from a Hospitality Management post‑secondary program an asset. (However, graduates from all disciplines will be considered)
• Minimum one to two years’ experience within the hospitality or service industry
• Ability to demonstrate leadership experience through work, extracurriculars and/or studies
• Passion to grow and develop within the industry and Four Seasons brand
• Strong communication skills (English), and additional spoken languages considered an asset

Schedule & Hours

This is a full‑time position with rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights.
