A rapidly expanding global hotel company in the UK seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to enhance guest dining experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing service quality, promoting customer satisfaction, and managing budgets. Our Food & Beverage Managers focus is to create positively memorable dining experiences for our guests. Through positive leadership of the F&B team, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient, effective and profitable service that meets revenue and cost targets.
The role reports directly to the General Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Leicester, LE2 7QS.
