Overview

Job Title : Food & Beverage Manager

Salary : Competitive salary plus generous benefits

Contract : Permanent / 45 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing Food & Beverage operation, focusing on delivering celebrity service while developing the team to exceed brand standards and drive a strong P&L.
  • Drive the brand strategy across all elements of the business and position the F&B operation as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.
  • Know the local market and have experience running a busy F&B department at Head of Department level, ideally within a similarly sized property.
  • Manage detail through department managers, supervisors and team; lead from the front by example.
  • Maintain a sound understanding of Health & Safety; working knowledge of Opera and Zonal is beneficial.
