We are currently looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant, to join our Food and Beverage department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
  • Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.
  • Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
  • Assists in opening and procedures in the outlets.
  • Assists with clearing, re‑setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing, equipment, and maintaining the buffet, following departmental standards.
  • Ability to work between 4.30 pm until 1.00 pm working hours depending on the operational demands.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
