A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR AT HILTON GARDEN INN STOKE-ON-TRENT

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

• Assisting and serving our guests through a proactive and flexible approach to meeting customer needs
• Assisting your colleagues and other members of the team to ensure the department runs smoothly on shift
• Providing a great customer experience / service to our guests when they’re utilising the F&B areas of the hotel
• Providing training to other team members
• Ensuring KPI's are met and adhered to
• Ensuring ordering is completed

What we need from you

We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements. To succeed in the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will need the following qualities and skills. We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience working as a waiter / bar tender is desirable but full training will be provided.
