One of the leading print management companies in Europe is offering the chance for an Account Director to work on a leading retail/FMCG account. This client manages award winning campaigns, achieving this by having a fantastic team in place and providing outstanding service and quality, driving innovation, best practice, and applying data intelligence.

They are looking for a commercially aware Account Director to take responsibility for commercially driving and managing the relationship with this major FMCG client, acting as the key contact. You’ll be providing direction on innovation, adding value to projects, with a key focus on driving change to ensure commercial targets are hit. You’ll also lead regular review forums; create and present relevant data reports and, as the central point of contact, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time in full.

Through internal and external collaboration, you’ll develop and deliver client growth strategies to increase the breadth and depth of this client relationship using all available services and resources. By establishing a strong professional and personal relationship with your client you’ll promote a full understanding of their values and use this information to ensure consistent delivery of an outstanding level of service. Using your strong commercial awareness, you’ll also drive value and gross margin growth.

About you

  • Significant experience as an Account Director with a major retail/FMCG client
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to think strategically and identify new, innovative opportunities
  • Ability to consistently deliver high standards of customer experience, always looking for ways service can be improved
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders across the function
