About the Role

We're looking for a Night Shift Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a fast-paced operation at New Smithfield Market.

You’ll be working with pallets of fresh fish in a mixed role that combines forklift driving with general warehouse duties.

Flexibility and attention to detail are key.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Loading and unloading pallets of fish
• Manual handling as part of a varied warehouse role
• Counting stock and checking pallet quantities
• Completing basic paperwork and documentation
• Keeping your work area clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or cold/fresh produce environment (preferred)
• Comfortable working night shifts and outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Good attention to detail for counting and paperwork
