The Role

• Managing, motivating, and developing your team in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
• Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
• Managing and supporting the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times
• Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
