B&M Retail in Carmarthen is hiring a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor with hands-on leadership, drive performance, coach the team, and ensure a superb customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends, with opportunities to develop your career while delivering strong results and helping the store to meet its targets.
