Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is looking for a Floor Manager in our Stone store to lead a hands-on, fast-paced team and ensure an excellent customer experience. This permanent, full-time role involves flexible hours across days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.

You will own store performance, develop staff, and keep standards high while driving sales and customer satisfaction in a busy retail environment.
