Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Carmarthen is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor, drive performance, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends, with hands-on leadership to coach and develop the team and maintain high standards across merchandising and service.
