Job summary

B&M is seeking a Floor Manager for our Stone store in the United Kingdom. This permanent, full-time leadership role puts you at the heart of a fast-paced retail environment, responsible for the shop floor, team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends is required.

You will own daily store operations, coach your team, and drive sales and KPIs while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service.
