Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is looking for a Floor Manager to lead the Gloucester store team and drive a high-energy customer experience. You’ll be responsible for daily shop-floor leadership, coaching your colleagues, and ensuring standards, merchandising, and KPI delivery are consistently strong.

The role is permanent, full-time, and requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.
