Job summary

B&M Retail in Tendring is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach and develop a team, maintain high standards of merchandising, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexible availability across days, evenings and weekends as part of the store management team.
